I am completely livid with this company. DO NOT HIRE THEM!!!!! They are refusing to come back after we are experiences issues with the connection to our mini-split. Apparently there is a note on our account (after we paid them thousands of dollars, upwards of $16K for the electric box/rewire/HVAC work). They claim I was unreasonable to work with. What!!!? HOW DARE YOU?!! I was kind to all the workers, offered them water, asked how they were doing. I never even spoke to them otherwise. My husband tried to help them by contacting the manufacturer multiple times about the problem they were having with connecting our mini-split.....the worker came 3 times, only to realize it was simply he needed to open the valve !! Yes. Thats all. And now somehow they are claiming we were a problem, and don't want to support us anymore. WOW. Stay away from them. So disappointing a licensed contractor would make such false claims about a good paying customer. What I think happened was the worker that did not know what he was doing, had to come back 3 times, wrote negative LIES about us on his report to make himself look good. Putting the blame of his inadequacies in the install on us. SHAME ON YOU!!!
We got a quote from Accurate while we were in escrow for a whole house re-wire. But ended up going with an electrician recommended by my cousin. His workers ended up doing a horrible job on the first day, and when I shared this with him he rudely said we were a "head ache" and did not come back. I frantically contacted Mike at accurate to come back for a re-quote and was there ASAP. What a relief ! His patience and professionalism were so awesome! I'm so happy I called Accurate back and hired them. The whole crew were top notch professionalism and in uniform to boot. Hard working guys hat got the job done. Thank you Accurate!!
Dispatch fee waived Customer will call Edison to get meter location first Looks unlikely they will approve new panel in same location due to patio overhang After Edison panel location we shall return to go over quotes to replace the existing 100 amp pushmatic panel to new 200 amp Customer given phone number to Edison he would like to call them himself to get meter location. Return in 2-14 days
We needed to come back a second time because there were two systems leaking preventing us to finish our work. Customer fixed the leaks and we were able to re vacuum the lines. Two of the systems were under charged so more refrigeration was needed. We needed to reschedule this portion of the job because we needed to touch base with the manufacturers tech support to find the correct charge for the units.
Michael and Alma rewired their kitchen and bathrooms. They had us install a 200 amp main copper bussed panel. Recommend them to rewire the rest of the house. They have really old wiring.
